Nan & Pa's Part 2

This is the first trip that Jarrett was able to go outside and enjoy being on the "farm". We went this time because 1- My cousin TJ graduated high school and we attended the ceremony 2-My Dad and Brother helped pour a cement slab for a house for my Great Grandpa so he can be closer to my Nan and Pa.

Since all the Men were outside playing in the cement, Nonny took Jarrett outside to join in. He absolutely LOVED it. He even had his first and I am sure not last tasted of dirt.

"Let me on that cement NON I'll show em how it's done"

When he wasn't outside getting filthy dirty this is what he was doing!

Nan & Pa's Part 1

Breeana loves going to Nan & Pa's house. I guess you could say they live on a farm. Pa hatches and raises a few kinds of chickens and turkeys, has horses, and cattle. Anyway, she plays outside the majority of the time we visit. We were able to stay Thursday-Saturday this time and she had a blast.

I ran into town to get ice, we go through alot of it, and on my way back I saw a turtle on Nan and Pa's dirt road so I stopped and picked it up for Bree. It became her pet for a few hours then I convinced her it would be better off set free.

Shane was trying to take a nap, Bree wasn't going to let that happen, she thought he need a pirate patch on his eye! I love how she looks like she is in awe of him!

When she is not outside she is hooked her Nan like glue. She loves to cook with Nanny. My nan is not so much used to little ones in the kitchen, lets just say Bree keeps her nan on her toes!

There will be 2 more posts about out stay with Nan and Pa....check back tomorrow!!

Nan & Pa's Part 3

*So this wasn't supposed to post til 5/28 it is on early, parts 1 & 2 to follow I am tired of messing with Blogger tonight and don't want to try and delete and reschedule this post!!!

The kiddos got to ride the 4-wheeler and horses this trip. I only have pictures of the 4-wheeler rides. I didn't have my phone with me when they were riding Lady in the arena. They didn't ride to far and Nane didn't go to fast....that is just for Mema if she is reading this!!!!

Just a Swingin'

The kids and I swung by the park a couple weeks ago. Here are a few pictures of them swinging, their favorite thing to do at the park!

Vacation In Branson With Scott's Family!!!

We had so much fun in Branson with Scott's Parents, and his sister's family. There are a whole bunch of pictures on this post, just a warning!!!

So I got this brilliant idea that I would take Kimberly in our car along with Bree and Jarrett. The girls played well together the whole trip and DID NOT NAP the entire drive. They started to get a little stir crazy in Springfield, but all in all the ride there wasn't too bad.

We spent Thursday shopping because Silver Dollar City is closed they Malls are pretty smart. The scatter these little rides all over and of course when Grandparents are around Grandkids seem to get what they want, so the girls rode about 5 of this quarter eating rides.

For some reason I didn't get many pics of Ryan and Jarrett. I guess b/c they were always in their stollers chillin' . I bought a sit n stand at Target before we headed out. Let me tell you it was a life saver!!! I had Jarrett, Bree, and Kimmy in it at one point at Silver Dollar City!
SILVER DOLLAR CITY

Tea Cups!!

Scott, Janice, and Travis took turns squeezing in these rides with the Girls. Crystal and I rode the coaster and teacups with them and then they told us they wanted their dads. Guess moms aren't cool enough to ride rides with them!

Scott and his Birthday Ribbon from the School House!

Kimmy was on her daddy's shoulders alot!

Me and my lil' Man at Branson Landing!

We tried to ride the ducks on the way home, but it was 10 am and they next tour they could fit 10 on was at 11 am. We were all tired and ready to come home so we decided to pass. This did not sit well with the girls b/c we had told them they would get a duck call on the boat. They started crying. We felt sorry for them so Travis went to the ticket booth and asked how much the "blowers" were. They guy had sympathy on out little cuties and just gave them each one!!

Had I thought it through and realized I had to ride home with the girls in my car with their blowers we probably wouldn't have let them have them right then....

But they soon crashed due to lack of naps and sleep.....ah peace and quite for the first time on vacation...we wore them out!!!!

Today was mostly driving. Scott and I took Bree, Jare, & Kimon our car. They were all good for the most part. We only had a couple melt downs

We mostly got settled into our cabin today. We took the kids swimming. Jarrett loved the water, Bree took a little while to get used to it.

Sorry no pics I'm blogging via text message.

Breezy's New Friend

Nonny thought Breeana needed a new friend, so she found her a kitten. It has to stay at Nonny's because we cannot have animals in our rent house. Cats are not my animal of choice, I prefer dogs, Yorkies to be exact. Anyway, Stripes, (atleast that's what I want his name to be) has to stay at Nonny's house and Bree gets to go play with him whenever she wants. Her she is with her new buddy. She loves him so much. Jarrett, well he tried to attack and eat the poor little kitty!

Awana Night!

Breeana was in Puggles at Awana this year. Sunday was Children's Day at our church. So Sunday night was Awana Night. Bree and her friends from Puggles and all the other children who attend away sang a song to open the night. After that the Puggles sang their theme song and said a bible verse. She was so cute singing and waving her scarf. It takes alot of effort to sling a scarf that is longer than you are!

Before we marched in to sing with everyone. (L to R)

She will be in Puggles again next year. She had fun this year, but I think she will enjoy it more come September when she is a little older!
