Memorial Weekend

We just hung out at home this weekend. We had a cook-in on Monday, because it decided to rain on us right before we started cooking. It was just going to be Mom, Dad, Scott, Bree, and I so we invited Ryan, James, Wyatt, and Tyler over to eat with us. I think Breeana has a little crush on Wyatt, she get so excited every time she sees him, I wish I would have gotten some pics of them playing together!

This picture has nothing to do with Memorial Day, but Scott says I never post any pics of him with Bree so this is just for him! Notice he doesn't look at the camera, maybe that is why I don't post them, he never looks at the camera!

I just thought this was a cute pic, she was taking care of Ernie. She laid in the floor and made me put the blanket on both of them. The green binkie in the floor was for Ernie, I convinced her to take hers out long enough to get a smile! I plan to start taking the bink from her in the in the next couple of weeks, wish me luck, she sucks on one and holds another to go to sleep, well sometimes she hold like 5 of them, I know bink-a-holic! Anyway hopefullly we will have success before Jarrett arrives, but if we don't I have decided it is not that big of a deal, even though before I had her I swore she wouldn't have a binkie after she was 1!

Swimming Pool

After watching Bree have fun in her little pool on Sunday, Shane, Ash, Scott, and I decided to go in together and buy a pool for us. It is not much, but will help us keep a little cooler this Summer. While Bree napped yesterday, I went out and got the pump running and cleaned the lovely cottony stuff blowing all over my backyard off the top. After doing this I was HOT!!! I wanted to get in the pool so so bad, however I have been ban from swimming alone (my mom and husbands rules). Something about me being 6 weeks from my due date and a wobbly ladder! Anyway, I patiently waited for someone to get home. It was 8:00 when Shane and I finally got to test the waters (not as hot outside anymore) we only stayed in a few minutes. Breeana loves to talk about the "big" pool, but has decided her small one is more her speed for now. Maybe as the summer progresses we will talk her into the big pool, or mean old mommy will just make her get in!! Here are a couple pics of Shane and Bree enjoying their favorite evening snack! We were on the front porch enjoying the evening and Bree begged Shane to go in and get pickles and chips for them.

Well we are going to have a garage sale on Saturday! If you know anyone who has a little girl younger than Bree or is expecting a girl send them my way. We have size 0-24months clothes, baby blankets, etc. My mom and grandma have brought some of their clothes over and we will have various odds and ends!

Bree and I went to the doctor today. She has an ear infection and a cold again. She started running fever last night and has had it all day and is extremely whiny, needless to say momma is tired! Anyway hopefully the medicine will start working soon! Doc Evans says my placenta is still low, but shouldn't be a problem with delivery. However, baby is breech at this point. I have to see Doc Evans next Friday at 7:30 am (he has a c-section that day at the hospital) then I will start going to Stillwater after that.

Americas Next Top Model??? And Ryan Wayne Copeland

Last Wednesday Ashley and I were watching America's Next Top Model. I had given Bree a bath and was trying to get her into her jammies, but she had other plans. I got her in her pull-up (which we no longer have to use, not even for bedtime or traveling!!!!) and she found her boots and put them on, then perched herself on this little stool and started posing for us!!! Do you think she could be the next top model?? I do!!!!

We went to Glenpool this weekend to see my new nephew, Ryan Wayne. He is 2 1/2 weeks old. I really wasn't to thrilled about the drive, but we made it there and back just fine!

He sleeps all the time, just like his cousin Bree did, I didn't manage to get a pic with his eyes open!

This is my niece Kimmy, she loves her little brother!!! She is so funny, she jabbers constantly! Sometimes we know what she is saying, but I have determined she just likes to hear herself!

I had an ultrasound today. Doc Evans wanted to check the position of my placenta since it was low at my last ultrasound. The tech seemed to think it had moved up. My little man was pretty uncooperative, he wanted to stay scrunched in a little ball. He is doing well, and already has a head full of hair, which explains why even water gives me heartburn:)

Playing Outside!

Breeana wanted to play outside almost all day today. I decided to snap a few pictures while we were out.

The following are my attempts at photography. I don't really know how to take pictures properly at all, but I like to think I do, and I really liked these.

OKC Trip

We had a lot of fun on our trip to OKC. We left Friday around 11. We did some shopping when we got there and ate dinner and then went to our hotel because Bree was worn out. She had been talking about the swimming pool at the hotel all day and was ready to get in. Well, that is about all she did, after about 5 seconds she had enough and wanted out. I think she prefers wading pools! She was a little hard to get to sleep because she was so excited about her Mema and Papaguy and the Zoo. We got to the zoo around 10:30 on Saturday. I must say it was the fastest I have ever gotten through the zoo, not because we were in a hurry, but all Bree wanted to do was run and run and run some more. I am thankful her Mema and Papaguy were there to chase her, I couldn't keep up.

I guess Scott and I should've filled in the other O and the 0 with our faces!!!

She started out scared of these statues, she is so weird about somethings!

Out of all the animals this lizard of some sort and a orange and white snake got her attention the longest. Why she likes reptiles I don't know, but she wanted to hold the snake...YUCK!

This is one of my favorites at the zoo. I really enjoyed the Big Cat walk through and we were really close to this tiger! All of the animals were out and pretty playful, I have never been to the zoo when I got to see everything and they were all playing.

I just thought this was cute, she ducked under a map table for a little break from all the running!

I don't know if she got over her fear of statues or if she just liked this one because it was a monkey, but she hugged all over it!

Off to the OKC Zoo!!

We are leaving tomorrow morning for a little mini-vacation. We are going to OKC and taking Bree to the Zoo. She is really excited about seeing the animals and swimming in the pool at the hotel. I haven't been to the OKC zoo since I was little, so I myself am pretty excited, I love animals, the Giraffes are my favorite. Her Mema and Papaguy are meeting us at the zoo on Saturday and she cannot wait to see them. They haven't seen her since Easter and she has really grown-up over the past month and a half, in my opinion, so they will be surprised when they see her. Anyway, I will post pics when we get back.
